The Foundation was established by a group of concerned volunteers to assist children with disabilities in China. Most of these volunteers have social work, special education and rehabilitation backgrounds. It was incorporated under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance in 2007 as a non-profit organisation. We ensure all the funds are used for the children.

We have to rise and walk for others, and those who receive service should one day be able to rise and walk.
